They informed shareholders all the details of the dividends they would be receiving except for the payment date which they had no control over. Those liquidating dividends will be paid and the payment date is getting closer as the shorters crimes have increasingly become public knowledge. You will read about folks jumping in front of trains, out windows and off bridges soon.
