I'm just wondering what the incentive is to sell their stock at .01 when they can wait two weeks for .06? The only way someone would even contemplate that is if they thought the pps were going to be sub-penny in two weeks. Your plan would be nice just not reality but keep being creative and you might come up with the cure.
