IENT will not have any revenues from the OU game because they don't have the code to update/upgrade it and no tournaments.
Ownership of the OU game will be decided by the courts but Danny created and developed the game for his Great Outdoors Unlimited LLC company.
The merger was never finalized and JW failed to inform shareholders of that fact along with the departure of Danny in Dec.
