FOR EXAMPLE IF THEY CHOSE TO DO 3 TO 1 REVERS SPLIT WHEN THE STOCK WAS AT $2 share. This wouldn't be as bad some people think! IMO IT WOULD BE VERY HEALTHY FOR THE SHARE STRUCTURE.
3 TO 1 reverse split at $2 would put the PPS at $6 per share, now this does 2 things it lower the float and outstanding shares which is great cause this will cause more demand! And even though the shareholder would now have only a third of their shares the value of your account doesn't change cause when the split takes place the the PPS is automatically set to $6 per share!!!
On top of all that with float being that low and NTEK bringing in over 100 million annually there is no reason that it wouldn't run to $12 per share on anticipation of them reach 1 billion in revenues!!!
