I was just reading through the Madison county board of supervisors minutes for March 11, 2014 and they say that JBII breached their contract by NOT accepting the Ag Plastic anymore.
Now I'm doubting that this P2O company that is set to move to the ARE park is JBII.
Also, Madison County is trying to attract New Businesses to this Park that will produce jobs. I'm also doubting that they have the MONEY to BUY the JBII Processors themselves. Their entire budget is for infrastructure not purchase of P2O machines themselves.
But what do I know?
