I wonder how they would rationalize that. I mean, suppose we're the colluding entity of PROs who "reset" JBI's share price by 98% over the last few years. How do they explain the other dozen crappy OTC stocks they've hyped through to bankruptcy over the last decade? Would we also have to take responsibility for that string of "resets" as well?

If so, then why would anyone bother investing in any OTC stock in which we collude to "reset", since we've never failed to wipe out our target? With the tens of thousands of other stocks that we're not colluding to "reset", there would be many other investing options that weren't doomed to be "reset" by us colluding PROs.
