EAST ISLIP, N.Y., Oct. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Gunther Grant, Inc. (OTC Pinks: GNGR) announced today that it has secured a retail lease in Oakdale, NY and is in the process of setting up its first "Chocolates and Treasures" retail outlet.

The Company will combine the products from two of its subsidiaries, Neat Stuff for Sale and Got Chocolates, Inc. to provide consumers with a store to shop for good old fashioned chocolates and antiques/collectibles. "Over the years we found that many women would come into our stores to purchase chocolates while their husbands sat in the car. We wanted to create a concept that attracted men into our stores as well. In our previous location we used decorations that were appealing to men and they would come into the stores but still it was just a nicely decorated chocolate shop. The difference now is that we are creating an environment that will sell not only confections but also collectibles and other vintage gifts. Just this week while setting up the store, five men wandered in and made purchases of some items we collected and said they would be back often and also buy chocolates as well," stated Gunther Grant, CEO of Gunther Grant, Inc.
