I would interpret "Good for the life of the mine" as "this is a critical and absolutely necessary lynchpin of my business plan to re-open the mine for SIRG, so I had better check, double check, and triple check to make sure it's really the case".
I recall you visited the mine...I think it was sometime last year, in the Fall. Congratulations. I also recall Rod stopped talking to you around that time because you revealed information on a chat room that he gave you in confidence.....another rookie CEO mistake. I do give him credit for eventually realizing you are nothing more than a plain, ordinary shareholder and nothing special, and for cutting off communication with you.
