Interesting to note that in more than 1 spot in the report, they state the assumption of 50 licensed producers - not sure if they're tipping their hand on this, but if so, that would suggest that many of the hundreds of recently received applications are receiving little to no attention, rather HC would/should be concentrating their efforts on those companies (like FITX) that are ready for inspection.
