I would say yes...
BUT we'd better check with Bueller!
After all, the pros are smarter than ALL us shareholders, (especially me) who did our DD & then thought the NY DEC approvals and the Ag Plastic deal with Madison County was sorta important milestones.
Oh... and what a SHOCK that ol' Gov Cuomo tossed the first gubment grant of $4M toward the Madison County project that converts Ag Plastic to fuel!
Wonder if this is the beginning of the "gubment dominoes" falling???
