I suppose I don't know completely, but Mr. Heddle is a functioning adult. After ten months he should be able to figure it out. If shareholders understand that withholding material information is wrong, Mr. Heddle should be able to figure it out too.
We've heard the same thing about Mr. Bordynuik with investors saying he's just a poor naive guy who trusted too much and meant well but apparently just didn't have the mental capacity to figure out how to book the media credits...and was just too darn charmingly optimistic about the $10/bbl oil with WTI-$3 claims so he stated the claims as established facts because he believed he would be able to get there.
Mr. Heddle might be a dupe...but he's now in the CEO position where he knows he needs to know what's going on because he's responsible to shareholders. If he's continuously being bamboozled by Mr. Bordynuik, he needs to step up to the plate.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
