wg: To this day, Artemus Mayor, the discredited president who guided SK3 Group into the Grey Market scrap heap and destroyed shareholders equity, has never breathed a word that officers/directors Allyn and Choo left SK3 despite his fiduciary and OTCM obligation to do so in a public notice. The disclosures and OTCM company profile made it abundantly clear that Allyn and Choo left the building months ago. Laughlin? Was he ever a Director of Media Relations for even one day?
To add to Mayor's fiduciary negligence, the SK3/Medical Greens website still shows Allyn and Choo as occupying their long vacated positions. The complete website, as well as the IEquity site, have been saved and logged as evidence.
Many investors would have been warned away from SKTO had those departures been made public, which is precisely why Mayor kept his mouth shut. In mid April, the firm (Mayor) deleted Benz as Executive V.P. on its OTCM company profile. No mention from Mayor of that notable absence, either, in an 8-K or press release.
Last year, I called several times for the resignation of Art Mayor (an obvious stooge for the IEquity cabal) asking him publicly to step down for the good of the firm and its shareholders. Now, it appears the whole troupe of them may be going down. The legal repercussions of this twofer suspension haven't even begun to manifest.
