I do not think the PPS will rise until after they do their stock Buy Back. Which would you rather do? Buy @ 28m @ .0425 = $1,190,000.00 or 28m @ .0850 = $2,380,000.00. After this happens we will probably see the mythical NP1 delivered and the PPS rise.
