The engines run....yes. The flying part, that I am unsure of.
But if the plane actually has to be flown, then that last technical part probably will wait until N706BL actually has someplace (relatively local) to go....like maybe over to JFK, or perhaps to another airport in Michigan for an airshow or something.................
