Re: *value* of abusively shorted shares and P2O

an exercise i undertook this morning when another piece of the puzzle
filled in ..

Volume (approx) Totals since first publicly traded .. (rounded up/down)

2009 = 7M
2010 = 20M
2011 = 37M
2012 = 31M
2013 = 37M
2014 = 17M (thru eo May)

Total Shares (approx) = 149M

i started documenting *trades* back in early spring 2010

i noted publicly at various times via lie hub .. that on avg i
could see 3 to 5 fake *trades* done .. for example
>> in Dec 2010 (pps round trip) it was 5 fake i was seeing
for every 1 legit

so let's do some extrapolations of what that means

if one wants to do some figuring

one can take >> 149M total volume and figure out roughly
a combo of * version1's * >> 5+ years' efforts .. re: wash trading and NSS

and realize as well >> *imo* there are multiple players in play re: stock manipulation and JBII ..

but simply put >> they have major PROBs with P2O's first sale

if 1 legit trade begets 1 fake trade = 74.5M >> combo
if 1 legit trade begets 2 fake trades = 99.3M >> combo
if 1 legit trade begets 3 fake trades = 111M >> combo
if 1 legit trade begets 4 fake trades = 119M >> combo
if 1 legit trade begets 5 fake trades = 124M >> combo

one can then cut that in half (conservative re: *resets/wash*)

74.5M = 37.25M
99.3M = 49.65M
111M = 55.5M
119M = 59.5M
124M = 62M

what is the *value* of 37M to 62M JBII shares?

that is the dilemma currently facing >> one entity for 4+ years *efforts*

that is why i call for a *partial* cover with first asset sale (tho' imo BoD is the signal that will trigger said partial cover)

equally worth digesting ..
is when threshold is either triggered (2 x currently in 2011 and 2012)
or when threshold blows up and out

mind you .. this is what is actually *reported* vs disguised via colluding entities

do the DD on what *size* was showing when threshold
was triggered on JBII for the first time and then the second
in relation to known share structure info

it's remarkable what is *shown* vs what isn't and vice versa

and besides a
dirty whale re: 2nd round .. evidence (albeit currently circumstantial)
would be known via *discovery* based on documentation

zero doubts

the only ones who believe the *legal* short data >> reported
(gag me)

are the CON side of the version 1 *entity* .. dutifully trotted out to CON dition by rote

besides getting interesting again

the clock is finally working in investors' favor

it's been a long time coming
