There are two categories of suspended stocks. The first category are tickers suspended for delinquent filings. The second category are tickers suspended for "questions" -- demoted to the Grey Sheets pending litigation which can take years. SKTO/AEGY are in the second category. MMs won't sponsor these tickers because of the uncertainty of regulatory investigation.
