how many other states are as restrictive?
maybe 1 .. California
ground work and foundations take time .. effort and financing
and that is when all aspects go swimmingly
be interesting to see the time lines from TRTN first trading as JBI
to see exactly when all *entities* are in position and efforts to
drain coffers and weaken PPS .. are revealed
