"The K pretty much told everyone that the Quarter was a total loss and that Quarter 2 will be the same. As a matter of fact, barring a sale of something, the entire year is toast."

That 10-K took out an entire year in one swipe. Q4 of 2013 for the results, Q1 and Q2 of 2014 because the company is crippled...and a statement that the condensers won't be fixed until at least Q3.

I'm sure some optimistic investors are hoping that means the condensers will be fixed in early Q3 and then that the processors will immediately roar to life in full production making for a wonderful report in November, but if it doesn't, those optimistic investors are going to have to hope that the next 10-K in 2015 at least shows a good fourth quarter.

Although I think there's a strong possibility Mr. Bordynuik and Mr. Heddle will pull another go-nowhere 'deal' out of their hats like RockTenn or any of the previously announced joint ventures so that might keep the train going. Announcing the sale of a processor (while omitting information that it's processor #1 being sold for metal scrap) might fit the bill.
