I've spoke to Management several times on this matter and with 100% confidents they told me they wouldn't even consider a reverse split until the stock is over $1.50, and that the split would be to get the company to $5 per share and at that time they would be uplisted on nasdaq. But even then they still aren't pro reverse split. Jeff Foley explained if the stock can get to $4 or $5 with with a share structure that is slightly lower than today's there would be no reverse-split PERIOD!!!!
