I'll give the short version, no pun intended. Pros are not in trouble. They cover daily as they have very strict risk management audits. They don't buy/hold/pray.

When you have to DCA, it is friendly way of saying..ok I was wrong. Having to do that multiple times over the years means that patterns are not predictable.
