I called the SEC when SKTO was first suspended and got a voicemail today:
"Suspended because lack of information, more specifically,
Accuracy & adequacy of publicly available information, control of company and trading of securities,
Reference investors bulliten regarding trading suspensions", she said there's a FAQ that would be very helpful
