That is my main worry about the low PPS ability to use shares for deals
If NTEK were to enter into agreements and acquisitions now, they are going to have to OVERPAY if they use shares, because of the artificially low PPS!
That is another MAIN REASON why I think the COMPANY has to raise the PPS!
For MERGERS/ACQUISITIONS/AGREEMENTS/PAYMENT in shares, it is a lot different to pay with a .12 share then a .04 cent share.
