Didn't the entire discussion about uplisting to the Nas come from Twitter. Now McHenry is confirming Twitter tweets with his "If we decide to up list" statement?
Be careful Slic, each time someone talks to Garry and then shares what he says they end up getting burned.
Remember, regardless what this unaudited filing claims, shareholders are still in the dark about it's validity.
He really expects us to believe that his accountant/auditor have such influence that their unaudited financials will be looked at by the SEC with the same weight as others audited reports???
