Got: What do you make of the 12 "collectives" all registered in CA on the same day 06/28/2013, evidently, by IEquity Corp? Olivia Naveda, VP of IEquity, is their agent.
These 12 active entities all share the identical Pasadena address as IEquity Corp. The address, 3579 E FOOTHILL BLVD #228 | PASADENA | CA | 91107, is unique to these 12 entities and to other IEquity Corp entities like Flow Rising, IEquity Capital, IEquity Foundation -- and to IEquity Corp itself .
The SK 2013 Q2 mentions SK having contracts with 15 collectives. There were $30 million in contracts with unnamed entities (collectives) announced in March 2013. That's one reason the stock went up over 10,000% in 03/2013. Contracts require counterparties; SK never named the counterparty collectives.
Based on the data, it would be reasonable for anyone (including SEC or Finra) to ask whether the 12 entities (collectives) established by IEquity were, in fact, the counterparties.
