it stands to reason that putting out big news before completing buybacks is tantamount to shooting yourself in the foot! If they can't/won't begin buybacks for 2 weeks it may mean no substantial news til end of week 1 of July....So, til then, the opportunity for discounted shares may remain with us for a while
