As far as I know from what I have read there is not a 'limit', on how many applications / licenses, they will process. I think because of the vast number they turn down that it would be hard for them to put a number on them. I do know for sure that NOBODY has enough weed available right now to dispense, so, that is an issue for them. I personally think they do not really know what the total number of grams it will take to satisfy demand and build a surplus supply.
Also, any more re-calls and that will just make things worse for H/C. so, it really comes to grow time, supply, and shit happens, along with the current supply which is very low. I think they are being careful not to be overstocked. We do not have that issue if we get licensed because we can ship international to get rid of overstock or, in our case stock. I can think of no reason other than the operation is so large and multifaceted that the paperwork is taking a little longer than a simple entity with small grow. GLTA
