I think you are off base.  What the hell do you think a 10k is??  The whole idea is to show transparency & get on with it.  A whole lot of folks including you are panicking over about $ 1,000 in PPS manipulation at close.  You have stated that you were sitting on the bid.  Well, that's what allows this $hit to happen.
