one of the more recent *talking points* of the demoters
was that the co. hadn't updated the list of officers due
@ the EO April 2014

i sent via email a request that this matter be addressed
ASAP (as soon as possible) clearly recognizing burn
rate noted >> in prior Q's filing and when RH ponied up
3M .. and when mgmt filed again re: PIPE

meaning >> clearly mgmt is operating on a shoe string fiscally

that said .. to me NV SOS is a housekeeping item and needed to be addressed

there was no response from anyone @ JBI (nor did i expect one)

what mattered to me was that the list of officers was updated

which it was sometime in the month of May

if it really matters i can pull up my email and then do a search when
update with NV SOS ceased to be a talking point for the usual CONs
