I was sold a note via Bruce Pollock convertible into GESI Class A shares with voting rights. I have not been notified of any such company action to date.

Maybe because its not worth the paper its written on.....or....it didn't go the way you wanted....or.....your plans for MORE didn't pan out...or.....many many other reasons.....could be a lot of things...but seems like the new fella Brad...is in control of all that now and not Gordon......and dang...I bet that screws up a lot of folks plans and agendas now.....especially those inside traders...who act like their saints and never ever ever once inside traded to try to make a buck...whether true or not....

JMO....and WHAT I DO KNOW!!!
