So, if some party actually is curious about the "technology", and then does the following:

1. E-mail the company
2. Do some research on the condition of the company

and then sees the following:

1. ... absolute silence from the company (totally unprofessional)
2. ... The processor about which the potential client is curious has been out of commission for the last 6 months, and the company has no money to fix it

... they would not have negative reactions to the above?

Yes or no, would this potential client have a negative reaction to the above?

If you say no, I'm just flummoxed and discombobulated. My head is starting to explode. (actually, I might be more flummoxed and discombobulated if you agreed that there would be a terribly negative reaction).
