The real time to buy is if one of two things happen:
1) Form 211 is filed with FINRA, reinstatement of quotations,
2) Registration of AEGY and SKTO stock vis a vis merger is "really" going forward.
Of course how does one know this is going to happen or time it correctly.
If the price did real low, throw a few hundred bucks at this to pick up a milly shares.
