What was going through Reid's mind when he issued that "Six Month Plan"? An intelligent and shareholder loyal CEO doesn't put out public information like that with the obvious knowledge that there was zero funding to accomplish it. Then we have the "supposedly" "volunteer" field hand coming on here stating "Russian investors were interested"! LOL!
