Sure....it normally means no one is selling, or, buying. Considering we have been range bound tightly between 0.56 and 0.65 since about noon on 06/02 and today at open, the Williams %R(14) on the 10 day just crossed over the oversold line to me means that there has been consolidation of the stock. Further, the A/D for the past few days has had an upward momentum posture. The RSI is below average as well.
To me....and please, this IS JUST MY OPINION, we are obviously in the wait and see structure now with positive thoughts among shareholders on WHAT we are waiting for. Shares are being bought up and they have been and less and less are being sold. To me this means the SHORTS are now taking a longer position and willing to wait. The good news is that this is developing a very solid base line for a future possible bottom, which I think once license gets here that will be a non issue as the pps will travel much farther higher than will be allowed to come down to this range again.
