Could very well be!
While the announcement yesterday was miniscule compared to what is ahead of us, I still believe there are fools out there who don't truly recognize where Baltia is at this point in time.
Yes.....we all expect the certificate before October 1, but that is just a piece of paper.
In reality, the movement from Phase II into Phase III (if nothing else, at least think "ticket sales" and "advertising blitz" ) is truly the most important milestone in Baltia's history......and that may actually come sooner than anticipated.
Personally, I thought late July/early August, but with N706BL due out of the hangar and completed next week.....and with the training already resumed.......how much is left in Phase II?
LOL....we could see an entrance into Phase III a lot sooner than expected.............
