Something to think about...
Someone said that the filings were held up at the accountants due to a the need for a signature. This filing indicates 2 clients. I wonder if the accountants needed signatures from the "clients" to confirm that they actually existed so they could affirm the filed report.
In the end the true test will be, what happens to the pps today and moving forward. If we see the same drab trading pattern then I think we're in for another round of wait and see from DUTV.
