Right now its very easy with a $2/4/6/800k company without revenue. Later when revenues kick in it becomes much more difficult.

There's a simple alternative strategy, dont invest until the share price has been crushed 3/4 times by him or one of his friends. Then buy in at $0.0001, close your eyes and wait.
