Have you considered what shareholders could gain by suing the company instead? PaperProphet clued me into something some time ago, that the statue of limitations is running out on lawsuits. The purpose of the various tinkerfarting, lies, and promotions by JBI over the course of 5 years has been to let the statute run out while keeping investors hopeful.
I did not think people could be so dishonest, but I am beginning to think he is correct. This tale about selling processors for all of that money is just the latest in a string of false promises.
What do you think the chances are really? JBI is not credible. They cannot even keep their own processors running. Who is going to buy from them? How does a potential buyer know that JBI can be relied upon to provide spare parts, service, training ,etc?
Even if they were to sell, you know that it won't be any $9 Million. Just by looking at the financial statements in invested plant... you know the cost is more than 1 Million...
You may as well be honest with yourself, no one else will.
