I've been pondering the RS possibility myself. I was thinking between 1:10 and 1:25 (a reasonable ratio that's easy to stomach) and I agree that it should not be done unless the company has some kind of momentum driving news that would prevent the post split PPS from dropping like a stone. I'm not saying that a RS is imminent or is a lock to happen at all...but it never hurts to mentally prepare yourself and adjust your investment plan accordingly in the off chance that it does occur.
