$IRCE  12 to 15 days for something to be announced about that pipeline sale.  Remember there is the right of way which is just as valuable as the pipeline.  Very hard to get a pipeline built now days due to environmental studies, federal regulations, easements, and a laundry list too big to mention here.  Think outside the box on this one folks.  Don’t mind the consolidation today but I think we are at the stalemate of a locked float waiting on the news.  The folks that are sitting on the sidelines will not be able to catch this when it makes the break.
