like I said, by the looks of the map, they have TONS AND TONS of recycled feedstock that will just sit there and rot... Cirque stepped in and said let us, help you, help us.... we show off our product, using your feedstock, and we split the money from the electricity that's generated.... hopefully not a 50/50 split... 75/25 in cirque's favor would make me happy!
