If I understood your earlier post, you said that the Clearing House would also be a necessary component moving forward.

Assume the BD is acquired first thing Monday, would BCAP be operational with clients or would they be contingent on the Clearing House?

Basically would the broker be able to generate revenues near-term or do all the pieces of the BCAP puzzle have to fall into place first?

The response should help determine if there will be a sustainable rise in share price or if this is a flip until TA, BD, Clearing House are all in place two years down the road from now.

I have deliberately left out the alternative marketplace and investment banking services, since the broker concept shouldn't be contingent.
