If you had bothered to read the previous reports by Behre Dolbear and other companies with experience in the mining industry, they all stated that the 2 permits were "GOOD FOR THE LIFE OF THE MINE".

Now explain to us how you would interpret that statement!

Clearly Rod believed what he read and when he discovered that the government agencies had changed their "restart" notification  program and it was not a simple transfer he immediately hired experts to deal with it. Rizzo got the MPO approved and CDM Smith will get the APP transferred.
