Maybe the government is holding out on word until after the election.  Then either party looks like a hero and this thing takes off.

I was reading an article the other day that said something to the effect that the pipeline from Canada to the Gulf has already been approved, and either way the voters go in a couple of weeks, they will announce and make themselves look like they did something.  Humm!!  Looks like I need to start buying some of this.  Got a few bills I would like to pay off!!
