$IRCE  This could be the need catalyst but even if the pipeline was scrap there is the right of way which could be potentially worth more than the pipeline.  You can’t just start trekking cross country laying a pipeline without a right of way.  This could be a huge runner on that fact alone if a deal were struck or near.
