so now we know that RBC and CIBC .. only allow sells of JBII (not buys)

both are *off shore*

i'm curious just how many certs were held by both brokerage firms

and the timing exactly of when buys were no longer on offer

it will add another piece to a rapidly filling in *puzzle*
