I've seen plenty of videos during operations by companies much larger then Treaty.
Treaty also has had no problems in the past letting at least one shareholder operate the equipment not to mention take video.
Do you have any instances when they have done this ? Personally it sounds like you are armchair quarterbacking and making this stuff up as you go.
