No news = good news... It means Koos got good news and can wait until Regen IPO goes public before unleashing the kraken.

BAD NEWS = news has to be released by next Tuesday.

Either way, good news can be released by Tuesday; but it doesn't change the fact that if we pass Tuesday, and nothing- it's a good thing.
