Regarding that seller, imo he only has 1M left. He made a mistake by flashing his whole amount of shares imo.
What he did was putting up 900K at 0.0245 in case the price moved higher and use the remaining amount of shares to sell at lower price.
That's how I see it...
Either way, one of these days he'll be left without shares. LOL
