You are missing the fact that the people who already purchased 4K TV's cannot buy the NP-1 yet because it's not out yet. Without the NP-1's Ultraflix is useless. Management explained that NTEK's technology is being implemented on many of the Big Boys 4K TV's as we speak. When that's finished Everyone who bought a 4k TV will be able to subscribe to ultraflix just from their smart tv, and they all will because their is nothing else available to watch in 4K beside a few episodes of house of cards on netflix.
