Some people are working under the innocent until proven guilty concept (why people have or are prepared to have dollars invested with BCAP). Some are working under the scam concept, others under the total failure concept (legitimate company that has no chance of success).

Reality is time will tell the tale as to total legitimacy, A/S increase, R/S, illegal activities, scam, etc. and ultimately BCAP's success or failure.

Even if BCAP is totally legitimate it could fail for any number of legitimate reasons (lack of product uptake, regulatory delays, something happens to the key person) and still not be a scam.

The point of this post is that there's plenty of time before BCAP is proven and many actions that can be taken (or not) before passing judgement on either Matt Dwyer or BCAP.
